This course is entirely hands on and FREE of charge (kindly Supported by Austral Bricks of WA). It will provide an introduction to Bricklaying to help you transition onto further training, apprenticeship or a labouring position.

This course covers basic labouring duties leading into bricklaying skills and learning to work within a construction environment.

Description

This course will provide you with the knowledge and skills required to gain a WorkSafe License to Perform High Risk Work in Basic Scaffolding Operations.
Anyone who wishes to obtain this license is required to complete this training.

The course covers:
    planning out your work
    selecting and inspecting equipment
    setting up for the task
    erecting and dismantling scaffolding

Certification

On successful completion of this course, students will receive a statement of attainment for the following nationally accredited units:

Industry licensing information

This course will equip students with the correct qualifications to obtain a National High Risk Work Licence Class SB.
