Description

Description

The course covers:
• the requirements to ensure that portable electrical equipment is safe to operate in accordance with WA legislation and regulations.

PREPARE SPECIFICATIONS FOR ALL CONSTRUCTION WORKS

Description

This course provides students with the skills and knowledge required to prepare specifications, using standard forms of specification as a basis. Students will learn about the preparation of a clearly understood specifications for construction works, the level of detail required whilst identifying all the inherent contractual obligations. The capacity to develop specifications, that may range from outline to detailed specifications and which conform to National Specification System of Australia (NATSPEC) or other industry standards, is also taught.

GAS PERMIT REFRESHER

Description

This course is designed for licensed G class gas fitters who have not renewed their gas fitting permit for over three years but less than five years. The course comprises of Gas Legislation and safety, basic flueing and combustion principals and the use of AS/NZS 5601 Gas Standards.

Once completed the participant will receive a certificate of completion that when presented to EnergySafety will enable them to renew a lapsed permit.
