This training is for anyone who wishes to improve their customer service skills, as well as improve the outcomes of their business with regard to customer service. The training will help you identify your customers, understand the importance of being customer focused and how to communicate effectively with those customers.
Customer service begins at the top, with the realisation that the internal customers of the organisation (the employees) are just as important as the external ones (people who buy your products or services). Customer service is therefore the responsibility of everyone in the organisation and so this training will meet the needs of business owners, managers and employees alike.
