The course is designed for vintage workers and will cover winery induction, manual handling, workplace safety and forklift operation.

The course runs over 5 days with students required to attend all sessions.

 

Certification

On successful completion of this course, students will receive a statement of attainment for the following nationally accredited units.

  • FDFFS2001A Implement the food safety program and procedures
  • FDFCEL2019A Carry out transfer operations
  • TLILIC0003 Licence to operate a forklift truck
