In this course, you will learn all you need to know about preparing and presenting a delicious high tea including the skills to make beautifully presented macaroons, profiteroles, layered gateaux and cake pops.
Our highly skilled lecturer works in the industry and specialises in producing cakes and pastries, which means you’ll get all the latest tips on the best ways to bake, shape and glaze.
Create amazing platters to impress your family and friends and take home culinary skills you can use time and time again. This includes Gluten Free options

Certification

On successful completion of this course, students will receive a statement of attainment for the following nationally accredited units.

School age students
Students who would normally be attending year 12 or below in the current calendar year will be eligible to enrol at the commercial / international rate for this course.
