When you complete this course you will be ready for a career in Small Business. This qualification is suitable for those establishing a small business who use well developed skills and a broad knowledge base to solve a range of unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others, and have responsibility for the output of others. You will have the skills and knowledge to: develop a viable business plan, understand your legal requirements and responsibilities, develop an operational plan and a financial plan, improve your customer service systems and skills, and effectively promote and advertise your enterprise.  This qualification covers a vast array of skills used to develop a sound understanding of business requirements in today’s competitive environment. This course is especially designed for those who already operate or are intending to operate a small business or who use well developed skills and a broad knowledge base to solve a range of unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others, and have responsibility for the output of others.
