This qualification provides you with the skills and knowledge to select, install and use computer software and hardware products and the ability to provide computer support within an organisation. You will learn how to configure, optimise, secure and test system software for a small home office network or a small to medium business network.

OLNA or NAPLAN 9 Band 8 C Grades in Year 10 English and Maths or equivalent Certificate I or Certificate II
Job opportunities

 Successful completion of this qualification provides you with the skills to operate as a help desk officer, help desk assistant, ICT operations support, ICT user support, PC support or technical support.

Study pathway

Certificate IV in Information Technology, or a range of other Certificate IV qualifications.
