In this course, you will learn all you need to know about preparing and presenting a Thai banquet including the skills to make beautifully presented appetisers, soups, salads, stir-fries, curries and desserts.
Our highly skilled lecturer works in the industry and travelled to Thailand to complete his education in Thai cooking which means you’ll learn all the traditional skills to produce authentic Thai flavours at home.

Certification

On successful completion of this course, students will receive a statement of attainment for the following nationally accredited units:

    SITXFSA001 Use Hygienic Practices for Food Safety
    SITHASC001 Prepare Dishes Using Basic Methods of Asian Cookery
