The aim of this short course is to build the advocacy skills of individuals who support others within the disability and mental health community. This includes people who hold formal work roles and those who care for others within their family and friendships.
This training will improve the self- advocacy skills of the broader community. You will learn how to support individuals to identify their needs and their rights, create a self-advocacy plan and how to support individuals through the advocacy process.

This course will be FREE from 1 January 2023. The course fees are 100 per cent subsidised by the WA State Government.
