Description

This course is suitable for learners who would like to gain basic 2D drafting skills using the AutoCAD software package.
Topics covered:

    AutoCAD interface and start a new drawing
    AutoCAD drawing tools and modify commands
    Precision drawing
    Working with layers
    World and User Coordinate Systems
    Hatch, text and tables
    Blocks/external references
    Working with dimensions
    Printing

Certification

On successful completion of this course, students will receive a statement of attainment for the following nationally accredited units:

Students who would normally be attending year 12 or below in the current calendar year will be eligible to enrol at the commercial / international rate for this course.
