Collie (Cockie Bend)

Opened in August 2026, the Collie Transition Training Centre, located in the Light Industrial Area, complements the campus on Wittenoom Street to provide a range of industry relevant qualifications.

Specially designed to support workers affected by the Collie Just Transition, it will continue play an important role in strengthening local skills and delivering training opportunities for the wider community well into the future.

A state-of-the-art laboratory, large-scale industrial workshops and new industry-standard equipment provide ideal learning environments for high-risk licence training, machine process operations and laboratory-based learning.

Apply now. Applications are currently sought for lecturer positions and interested applicants are encouraged to apply for the appointment pool (link). We welcome applications from qualified educators as well as experienced industry professionals looking to share their knowledge and skills with the next generation of workers.
