CONFLICT MANAGEMENT AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS

State ID: SRTR038

Description

We all experience conflict in our lives; whether at home or in the workplace. So, the question is not “if” we will be in conflict with other people, but “when and how do I deal with it?”. This training is based on the principle that you cannot control other people, or the outcome of events, BUT you can control you and your own responses. Therefore, this training provides you with a deeper understanding of how conflict develops your own responses to conflict and some tools to help you deal with those difficult situations, in a constructive and positive way. Negotiation skills are based on
similar principles and you will learn how your own personality, mindset and prejudices can affect how your willingness and ability to negotiate, as well as being given tools to overcome that and bring about positive solutions.

This training is therefore suitable for people at all levels of an organisations, managers and employees alike, who wish to improve their understanding and skills in conflict management and negotiation.
