Description

This course trains novice operators in the skills required to enter the industry as a certified backhoe loader operator.

The course covers:
• Plan and prepare for backhoe/loader operations
• Operate backhoe/loader
• Load, carry and place materials
• Select, remove and fit attachments
• Relocating the backhoe/loader
• Carry out machine operator maintenance
• Clean up
This is an assessable course and you will be required to undertake a:
• written assessment (approximately 22 questions)
• practical assessment.

Certification

This is an accredited course. Those successfully completing this course will receive:
Statement of Attainment for the nationally accredited unit RIIMPO319D Conduct Backhoe/Loader Operations
Heavy Equipment Accreditation wallet card
