Enrolment Days for successful online applicants

Congratulations on being offered a place at South Regional TAFE!

To help your acceptance and enrolment please read the following information.

You must confirm acceptance with one of our regional centres before 4pm on Tuesday June 26. If you do not confirm with us you may lose your place.

If you are attending Bunbury, Busselton, Collie, Manjimup, Margaret River or Narrogin phone 9780 7070. Freecall 1800 621 445.

Enrolment Days will be held at your local campus on Wednesday June 27 and Thursday June 28

Please allow at least 30 minutes for the enrolment process to be completed.

Part of this process may require you to meet with a lecturer to receive further information regarding your studies at South Regional TAFE.

We recommend you contact your local campus to schedule a time for your enrolment, especially if you are attending Albany or Bunbury campuses.

Please remember to bring:

  • Your letter of offer
  • Academic Records and/or relevant trade papers (you may be eligible for Recognition of Prior Learning in your chosen course)
  • Documentary evidence (proof of age if under 18, proof of residency, Centrelink subsidy) for the concession rate of fees and charges - the full rate of fees will be charged if documentary evidence is not provided at the time of enrolment
  • Unique Student Identifier (USI). All students undertaking nationally recognised training are required to have a USI prior to enrolling. For more information, including how to obtain your USI, visit www.usi.gov.au

Under 18s

If you are under 18 years of age, parental consent is required for you to participate in your course. If you are unable to have your parent or guardian present at time of enrolment, the college will mail the form to your parent or guardian.

Fees information

Fees are payable at time of enrolment. You are required to pay a deposit of at least $25.

You have the option of paying enrolment fees and charges with cash, cheque, EFTPOS, Visa/Mastercard/Bankcard, Centrepay or direct debit.

If you cannot pay your fees in full on enrolment day, please bring your bank details to set up a payment plan.

You may be eligible for a concession on your tuition fees for Certificate I – IV courses if you are a person or dependent of a person holding any of the following:

  • Persons and dependents of persons holding: A Pensioner Concession Card, Repatriation Health Benefits Card or Health Care Card.
  • Persons and dependents in receipt of AUSTUDY or ABSTUDY
  • Persons in receipt of Youth Allowance
  • Persons who are inmates of a custodial institution
  • Secondary school aged persons, not enrolled at school (birth certificate or photo ID must be presented at enrolment).
